HELLO!!! I am currently re doing my room and I have a few wall decor DIYs to share.
1. The colored canvases...
For this DIY you will need a bunch of canvases in all different shapes and sizes, paint, a paintbrush, and a sharpie. Take your paint and paintbrush, and cover the canvases with paint. You can use any color, although I used a neon coral pink. Then take the sharpie and write a quote on each one once they have dried. Use different fonts and maybe even different colors for a more creative feel. When you are finished, hang them up on your wall
2. Gold triangles...
For this DIY you will need gold (or any solid color) duct tape. I used a gold glittery one I found at michaels . Cut the tape into many different triangles. Then put the triangles on your wall. This is a very simple, yet very cute DIY.
3. Paint Chip Perfection...
For this last DIY you will need a lot (and I mean a lot) of paint chips, all about the same color. Cut them out into little squares, and arrange them in any pattern or design, and then tape them to your wall. I went with a green/blue theme and taped them in a messy ombré fashion.
STAY AWESOME POSSUM

DIY desk decor
Hi!!! Today I was organizing/decorating my desk, and I made some pretty cool things. I hope you enjoy them!!
1. Tape dispenser.
2. Duct tape containers
1. Tape dispenser.
So to do this, you need a tape dispenser, and some pretty paper. I used and index card. First, remove the tape role and the paper. Take the paper and place it one the colorful paper. Then trace the original paper onto the colorful one and use scissors to cut out the design from the colorful paper. Place your new insert inside of the plastic tape dispenser. Add the tape roll back in, and you are done. I also added adhesive gems onto the side for fun.
For this super cute DIY, you will need a whole bunch of small containers and some pretty duck tape. I also used my adhesive gems because I LOVE them so much. All you have to do is cover the containers in duct tape and then add adhesive gems or any other little things that you like. It's super easy, but super cute!:)
3. Duct tape glue stick
All you need for this DIY is a glue stick and some duct tape. Again, I used the adhesive gems, but that's optional. Wrap the duct tape around the glue stick, but be careful not to tape it closed! I added a single gem on the top for a little sparkle.

Sand cookie recipe!!
I know I haven't posted in a looooong time, but today I have a recipe for all of you guys(the little of you that there are😳) This is a recipe that I found in a magazine from a store that sells spices, so it is full of flavor:) Here we go...
Ingredients
2 Cups sugar
3/4 Cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
3 egg yolks
3 1/2 Cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 TB. buttermilk
3/4 Cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
3 egg yolks
3 1/2 Cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 TB. buttermilk
Topping:
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. water
1 TB. CINNAMON SUGAR
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. water
1 TB. CINNAMON SUGAR
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream together the sugar and butter until fluffy. Add the egg yolks and mix well. Gradually add the flour and baking soda, alternating with the buttermilk. Roll out the dough really super thin. You don’t need to chill it, but if you have time it makes it easier to roll thin! Cut with cookie cutters or slice into rectangles.
For the topping: In a small bowl, beat the egg yolk with the water. Brush the dough with the egg yolk mix. Sprinkle with the CINNAMON SUGAR. Bake at 350° for only a few minutes (3-6 depending on how big you cut the cookies) until crisp. Let cool a minute before carefully using a spatula to remove from the pan.
Prep. time: 20 minutes

Drawing tips!!!🖍🖌✏️
Have you ever tried drawing with your non-dominant hand? I did this Sunday, and compared it to drawing with my right hand. ( I'm a righty.) When I drew with my left hand I thought it was going to be horrible so I kind of let my hand do everything. The strokes were a lot more free. When I drew with my right hand, I knew that I could do a better job, but when I compared the drawings they were not as I expected. The left hand was better and more interesting. Try this out and see what happens! I know this is the first real post I've done, but maybe the few people that might see this could comment what happened?? Please??
Meet me for the first time!!
Hello!! I'm Annika. This is my first blog I've done by myself, so we'll see how it turns out. Somethings you should know about me: I love to bake, draw, take pictures, and some other stuff that's not important right now. My favorite color is blue. My favorite movie is probably Mean Girls. My favorite song is either Bang my Head against the wall by David Guetta or Single Ladies by Beyoncé. I'm not really sure what else to put in... BYE!!
